Delivery details

 

Schönau & Tardif Luthiers Inc. packs and sending orders within 3 to 7 business days of approval of payment. Once the command is sent, a confirmation email is sent to you by the carrier or by our workshop. A tracking number will be sent to you so you can track your shipment.

 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the condition of goods received before affixing the reception signature at delivery. Refuse to take possession (or request a delivery report improper or damaged) if the packaging appears to be damaged.

 

If your order is placed during weekends, public holidays or days, treatment starts the following business day.

 

Cancellations

 

If a cancellation request is received after that products have summers packed and prepared, the shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Prices

 

Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include sales taxes. They are subject to change without notice. The prices fixed in workshop prevail over those indicated on this site.

 

Payment

 

Schönau & Tardif Luthiers Inc. accepts Paypal, credit card or Desjardins.

 

According to the law, although the funds are retained at the time of placement of your order, you will not be charged until your order has been declared as "ready to send".  

 

Sales taxes

 

Sales taxes for products sold online are the same as those applicable to the provincial and federal level. For the goods delivered in Quebec, add 5% GST and 9.5% QST.  

 

RETURNS

 

Returns, refunds and exchanges

 

Schönau & Tardif Luthiers Inc. guarantees the quality of products offered for sale on the online store. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges, returns and refund within 14 days of the date of receipt of your purchase.

 

 

Terms and Condition

No changes should be made to the goods otherwise exchanges, returns and refunds will be automatically rejected and / or returned to you at your expense.    

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  

 The exchanges are permitted, except for special orders and custom items.  

We are not responsible for lost packages.  

Please allow 2-3 weeks for issuing your credit or your refund.    

 

 1. Contact us to receive your return code. A product returned without authorization number will cause rejection and returned to you at your expense.  

2. Place the item you wish to return in the package.  

3. Please include a copy of the invoice and insert the return code.  

4. Please provide an explanation of your returning the item.  

5. Make your shipment for its full value. A damaged product will not be refunded or exchanged.

Carriers:  Orders are shipped by Canada Post mail services, Federal Express (FedEx) and UPS.  

Territory of delivery: -except Exception, the property offered is this website are available for delivery across Canada and the United States.
